Spanish term or phrase: (conocimientos) bajos
En la descripción de un cargo:

"Conocimientos requeridos:

Altos:
• Capacidad analítica

Medios:
• Conocimiento de Auditoría y Contabilidad
• Habilidad para programar el trabajo de auditoría
• Habilidad para redactor informes de auditoría.

**Bajos**:
• Habilidad para redactar informes de auditoría.

Licencias y certificados

Basic
Explanation:
I would use basic in this context. Normally on advertisements for posts basic computer literacy or basic French/English are included.
Suggests an understanding but low level knowledge.

agree  Robert Forstag: Yes. Although it is confusing that the one "basic" requirement is also listed as an "intermediate" requirement. By the way, I would suggest "Advanced" for "Alto". :)

Explanation:
In this context, having skills appears to be the focus (just as much as possessing knowledge.
