"Sequence of activity"
Explanation:
Me parece que "sequence of activity" es una fórmula más usada que "activity sequence", al menos en el ámbito de la investigación sobre cerámica antigua.

neutral  neilmac: "Sequence", by definition, implies more than one thing, hence "activities", as in my earlier post.

NB: By definition, a "sequence" consist of more than one item, hence my earlier suggestion "sequence of activities".
The appropriate version to use will vary depending on whether it appears as a heading, title or in the middle of a sentence.

En este caso, se trata de en encabezado, por ello, "cuanto más breve, mejor".

Insisto, si se trata de un título/encabezado, la forma más breve suele considerarse lo más apropiado.

Otra solución se trata de prescindir de "secuencia por completo:
"Aportaciones a su actividad y sus producciones"....

P.ej.: "Contibutions to its ongoing activity and output"...

neutral  David Ronder: I don't agree with your reasoning, Neil, about sequence requiring a plural noun: sequence of time, sequence of music. And the Spanish original here uses the singular.
