But, from your context, it's fairly clear that your ST uses 'cedazo' to refer to the filter 'medium', whilst 'zaranda' is the frame which supports the medium. mesh for sieves Explicación: On second thoughts, although "zaranda" does mean an insect screen in Nicaragua, you're right that it also means a sieve, as elsewhere, and in a list of implements it's more likely to mean that here. So cedazo, as I suggested before, is almost certainly the mesh. In other words, I basically agree with Robin, but I think the translation he's suggested is unworkable in this context; I don't think these are filters. |
