Muriel, if you need help finding the decree and/or law, let me know. I read the decree soon after it appeared in the 1970s, but can't remember many details after more than 30 years. Although you can probably find some answers and understand better, there would be a lot of "legalese" to wade through in the process.

Other than thinning or selective cutting of species, I can't imagine what other "technical" actions they are considering, I wish I knew the specifications of the decree and law. I think that something like "technical actions performed on the forestry (not forestal) resources aimed at" is about the best you can do here.

Las acciones técnicas sobre el recurso forestal a las que se hace alusión corresponden a las acciones silvícolas sobre el vuelo contempladas en los cuerpos legales que rigen las actividades forestales del país (DL N° 701 y Ley N° 20.283) y que, además, contemplan el pago de incentivos para los pequeños propietarios en particular, así como también para los medianos y grandes propietarios, vía concursos anuales, en el caso de las actuaciones sobre el recurso forestal nativo (Ley N° 20.283).
