Hi all I'm a bit confused by the tenses used in this para as well as the use of 'aportacion'.

Desde el 31 de enero de 2002 fecha en la que **se realizan las aportaciones** de rama de actividad a las diferentes filiales, la actividad principal de (name of the parent company) es la prestación de servicios a las empresas del grupo.
