In Mallorca there is also a traditional dish called Aguja, which is fish pie made with filo pastry and filled with mushrooms and white sauce.

Asker: I really don´t think that´s it ... no references to "needled hake" out there .. it´s referring to a part of the fish, not a technique, I believe
