Manuel, en este caso camalote (gareteo) no se refería a la planta acuática sino a una modalidad de pesca. La definición de gareteo (modo de operar de un arte de pesca, que se deja que trabaje a la deriva o al garete) me ayudó a encontrar el equivalente en inglés "drift fishing". www.bcadventure.com/adventure/angling/ protalk/reid/drift1.phtml
