Spanish term or phrase: la modalidad de un período de gracia.....
I would like to know what will be the best way to translate this phrase from Venezuelan Spanish into American English.
It's the translation of a financial document from Venezuela.

Here is the full phrase:

denominados y pagaderos en moneda extranjera (típicamente, en Dólares de los Estados Unidos de América), bajo la modalidad “cero cupón” (es decir, bajo la modalidad de que el pago de intereses se realiza junto con el pago del capital en la fecha vencimiento de los títulos) o la modalidad de un período de gracia para el pago de intereses (es decir, bajo la modalidad de que el pago de intereses se realiza antes del pago del capital y antes de la fecha vencimiento de los títulos,

I think the right translation will be "or the method of a grace period. Please let me know.
