neutral  Robert Carter: Not a degree, John. It's "nivel medio superior", which is pre-university. This is a so-called vocational qualification, like a mechanic or electrician.

agree  Robert Carter: I'd actually change "upper intermediate level" to something like "pre-college" or "pre-university" level, or even "post-secondary" level.
