agree  neilmac: "Bus. Admin. Degree" or "Degree in Business Administration" would work for me too...

agree  Yvonne Gallagher: more likely " "Bus. Admin. Degree" or "BA in Bus. Admin" or "Bachelor's in Admin"

\"licenciado en administración\"
licentiate degree in administration, bachelor of administration, bachelor's degree in administration

Explanation:
If you do this for educational purposes, go for a literal translation - licentiate. Then, the evaluation agency will determine whether it is a B.A. or a B.Sc. or simply "bachelor" based on the graduate's academic record (type of classes taken, etc.)

agree  Yvonne Gallagher: depends really on how many years study as to whether it's licentiate or not.

  -> True. Thanks, Gallagy.

neutral  Veronica Allievi: really my agreement was with Gallagy's comment. That is why I stress the importance of explaining it is a Bachelor of Science Degree
6 days
  -> It is not a Bachelor of Science. How do you know what classes the student took. It might as well be a B.A. See discussion.

agree  Marcelo González: Depending on my target audience, I'd also include the word bachelor's or licenciate (to designate the level of study).

neutral  Veronica Allievi: Degree is quite general and does not entirely define whether it is a Master's Degree or a Bacherlor's degree, even though informally you always mean a Bachelor Degree when you state it plainly.

In the United States, the degrees are as i have mentioned before. I was living for some time with an American family whose father was a PhD in Chemical Engineering from MIT and he explained this to me, in order to explain his own degree level

really, whether the university gives a B.S. or B.A., I think depends more on the University than on the courses the student took. We had a physicist who had graduated in Oxford and, to my surprise, his diploma said "Bachelor of Arts".

@ Darius, I agree with you. What I was trying to explain is that a Physicist must have taken mostly exact sciences subjects and, despite this, been considered a Bachelor of Arts for Oxford University. I have empiric evidence...
