Spanish term or phrase: adecuada nacionalmente
La consulta a continuación corresponde a un indicador de un programa de educación:

Porcentaje de niños de 6 a 16 años (o en edad escolar adecuada nacionalmente) inscritos en y asisten a una escuela en el momento de la encuesta.

My try:

Percentage of children aged 6 - 16 years (or whose school age is appropriate according to national standards) enrolled and attending ....

It is not a literal translation but I assume it conveys the original meaning.

school-aged according to national standards
Explanation:
Percentage of children aged 6 - 16 (or school-aged according to national standards)...

Another option might be "...(or otherwise appropriately aged according to national standards)..."

I think "appropriately aged" is a fairly common collocation (and not just in the context of spirits). :-)

Another way of saying it, as "adecuada" can be translated as "appropriate" and "relevant".
