Bachelor's Explanation: If the piece your are translating indicates about University of Panama, then it is relating to Bachelor's. I am from Costa Rica, and it is true we also use the word "Bachiller" when we graduate from high school. Also our university diplomas when we get a BA say "Bachiller en..." |

High Shool graduate Explanation: What are you translating from the "Universidad de Panamá"? Because in Panamá "Bachiller" refers to high school. If you receive your diploma from the "Universidad de Panamá" then it would read "Licenciado en..." |
