Does anyone out there know if "Bachiller" in Panama refers to High School or to a Bachelor's degree?
I'm leaning towards Bachelor's because the piece I am translating is from UNIVERSIDAD DE PANAMA and "Bachiller en XXX" appears after the word "Titulo". However, in my experience, in most Latin American countries "Bachiller" refers to High School...
Many thanks!

Explanation:
What are you translating from the "Universidad de Panamá"? Because in Panamá "Bachiller" refers to high school. If you receive your diploma from the "Universidad de Panamá" then it would read "Licenciado en..."

It was a Bachiller on Universidad de Panama letterhead but Licenciado was mentioned further on too, referring to the student's later studies. This threw me off at first but i got it checked and it was High School so thank you!!
