I'm translating a Venezuelan university transcript. There are five columns:
Code, Name of Subject, Academic Period. Grade and the last column says "Tipo" in Spanish, which I've translated as Type. So it looks like the following. (Grades are between 0 and 20)

Code Name of Subject Academic Period Grade Type
7777 English 1 2002-1 Thirteen F

My concern is I don't know what the "tipo" stands for. And although so far I've just left it as "F" I'm concerned that might be confusing as F looks like it would mean Fail.
Any ideas, anyone?
Thank you!!

Final
Explicación:
that's all.

The final grade. Of course validation of the grade is implied but I would not put the word "approval"
so, you should be able to make clear somewhere that it means "final" rather than "fail"

Ufff don't get me started on Venezuelan university transcripts haha

I recently had this. Please refer to my recent question on Proz:

The most accurate translation I think is that the grade has a "final approval"

Neutral  Yvonne Gallagher: not with "approval" and previously answered questions should be put as a reference rather than as answers//welcome to Proz by the way:-)
