Optional Activity/Activities - Science Club Explanation: I am assuming these abbreviations stand for: ACT[IVIDAD(ES)] OP[TATIVA(S)] C[lub de] Cienc[ias] The first part could be singular or plural; it's impossible to tell. I have also assumed that "ACT.OP" is one part and "C.Cienc" is another, but that they are related to each other. Another possibility is that "OP" stands for "Opcional(es)". In fact I wonder whether, despite the gap between "OP" and "C", perhaps these go together, and "OPC" stands for "Opcional(es)". In that case, it would be "Actividades Opcionales: Ciencias", or in English, "Optional Activities: Science". All this is to some extent a guess, but as I shall try to show, it has some basis. First, "Actividades Optativas" are included in the curriculum of many schools in Uruguay.
