Based on the comments of our peers I have to make a change, because they are correct. I used the wrong word combination. It should be "Attantance at Theory and Practice portions/sessions". What I was trying to say was that he went to theory and practice. I had the corrcect thought but did not express it properly. Thanks to all who corrected the error.
