curso de dominio instrumental del idioma inglés practical English usage course Explanation: Another guess, but my impression is that the course is to gain an 'active command' of English, for use in real-life situations, as opposed to more theoretical matters like grammar. Basically you learn language that equips you for practical purposes like work, learning other subjects etc. |
