This is an abbreviation on a certificate, giving the grades for all the different courses taken. I am also not sure of what 'N/C' means - under this heading, numbers from one to 4 are given - could this be the year the subject was taken?

Me parece que es esto; asimilado indica estudios que son equivalentes en distintos programas:

"Que por tales motivos el alumnado que cursa los DOS (2) primeros años del ciclo secundario, en jurisdicción de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, se encuentra asimilado a los DOS (2) últimos de la Educación General Básica (E.G.B)."

Y en inglés esto sería "equivalent":

Two years (four terms) of Asian language study at the college level or equivalent proficiency

Respecto al comentario de Consuela, es una posibilidad, aunque tal vez N/C se refiera a "número de créditos", pues si no se van a tomar en cuenta no tiene sentido que aparezcan números en esa columna.
