I believe this means "upgrade," but I would like to verify that. This appears in a software license agreement. Another ProZ answerer expressed the opinion that the Spanish does not seem native and I believe he is right. The agreement comes from a Dutch company.

"...extensions, upgrades and other changes..."

It sounds right to me. Upgrades would be the most fluent and common usage I think, although 'enhancements' could also be used. I feel comfortable with both.

Note that 'update' would be widely used as a 'patch' or fix to an existing piece of software. There are lots of updates to windows but they do not fundamentally change the system. An 'upgrade' would be a fundamental change such as a newer software version or a software enhancement.
