networking sites/applications Explicación: Hi Kate, I'm afraid this is a complete guess, but this is what came to mind - a networking site, such as LinkedIn, where you can share busines contacts and get introduced to potential collaborators/clients (i.e. contacts). Good luck! -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 5 mins (2008-06-23 11:14:50 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Sorry, typo, businesS! -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 8 mins (2008-06-23 11:17:42 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- If this is the right idea, you might want to add "business networking sites" if it is for work-related networking only, or "social networking sites" if it's referring to sites like facebook. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 13 mins (2008-06-23 11:23:27 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Ah yes, sorry I missed your note that this was for "entornos de ocio". "Social networking sites" is almost certainly the most commonly-used term for sites like facebook, MySpace and bebo. I'm not sure if they are what you would call "applications" per se, but perhaps "sites" would be ok for your context. |
