A pesar del parecido con las formas anteriores, se usa en casos distintos. Esta expresión denota una gran preocupación súbita del hablante, como por ejemplo cuando nos damos despertamos a las 10 AM y teníamos un examen muy importante a las 9 AM.

¡Chingue usted a su madre!
Esto se usa cuando queremos mentar la madre cortésmente. El "usted" a pesar de que estrictamente hablando es redundante, en este caso se necesita para no confundirse con el caso anterior.

Usamos esta variante cuando la persona ofendida necesita instrucciones precisas sobre la acción a realizar.

No tengo idea si "a la gorda" se refiere a alguien en especial...? Hace falta más contexto.

Mentarle la madre a alguien significa maldecirlo, por lo general y obviamente, maldecir a su madre con palabras soeces.

Someone here actually got it right when saying that in Mexico it meant to send somebody (the fat lady) to "chingar a su madre" which literally means to send the gorda to (the F word) her mother. Mind you I don´t want to earn any points here, just clarifying for the record.

Se refiere específicamente a decir "chinga tu madre", que es el peor insulto que le puedes decir a alguien; cuando dices que "le mentaste la madre a alguien" quiere decir que lo insultaste terriblemente.

Pero para decirlo en inglés, no necesariamente tienes que referirte a la madre: lo importante es que dijo una grosería o insulto muy grave.

en la traducción podrías decir "Before entering her house, Dolores' mother cursed/insulted the fat lady", sin tener que especificar "cursed/insulted the fat lady's mother"
