Se trata de un sello colocado al final de la Apostille de la Haye, en un certificado de notas para el Exterior. Pregunto.....Primer Secretario se traduce en este caso directamente, First Secretary? y que significa DGRH Nº XX de la fecha XX? como se traduce?
