Spanish term or phrase: elementos de comunicación
This is about an advertising campaign in and for an Argentine shopping mall:

• Se realizó una agresiva pauta de medios durante 5 meses que incluyó: carteles espectaculares en vía pública, refugios de colectivos, backlights, avisos en las principales revistas semanales y mensuales a nivel nacional y presencia en todos los elementos de comunicación interna del mall.

I know what they are talking about (the places designated for advertising in the mall itself), but I am not sure what it is called in English.

"interna del mall" isn't part of the question and there are many ways to add that part to the answer:

The mall's internal "advertising media"
etc. etc.

Bleakley's firm won the exclusive contract for the internal advertising sites in February in a deal understood to be worth £100m over eight years, while Ocean Outdoor holds the 10-year £70m contract for the external sites.

Westfield is the first foray into shopping centres in the UK for CBS, whose British arm has traditionally focused on transport-based advertising. The mall has 110 double-sided, high-definition, 57in screens in designer pods, three high-definition landmark screens, 45 six-sheets and seven showcase squares.

I'm pretty sure they are referring, not to locations and such like, but to each medium used for advertising at the mall, such a TV screens, billboards and whatever other elements they might use, which could theoretically include announcements over a tannoy system.

agree  Yvette Neisser Moreno: I agree--unless you know for sure that "elementos" refers to billboards only, I think you have to use a more general term that could include videos or any other means of communication they might have at the mall.
