Spanish term or phrase: cápsulas

Here is a picture of a type of advertising that is done on TV. It's like a frame that they put around the image when they are playing a soccer game or showing a boxing match. I'm wondering what it is called in English. We always see those snipes and pop-ups during our favorite shows, but what is this type of TV advertising called? Anybody out there know?

I am specifically looking for the name of this "frame" of advertising that is around the image being broadcast on the TV.

You could be right and it may just be a general reference to "capsules"... I think in Latin America they have a lot of spots that are quick, even as small as 3-5 seconds, in order to save on advertising costs. They want their product mentioned during a soccer game and they put these pop-ups on TV at the bottom of the screen that flash on for a few seconds... sometimes it's a frame around the screen... so not really sure what to choose here.

I didn't realise the picture was from your document. Have you researched "capsule"? This is from a Spanish-language TV station, and again it appears to just mean a commercial. It uses the English word capsule, but that could be a mistranslation:

The image is actually from the document which describes the advertising strategy of the company. It shows two examples... one is this type of frame which is the photo I have included. Another is another image showing what are called "pop-ups" or "snipes" which is the other instance they are referring to. I can only infer that they mean these things since they show examples of what they are next to the text. I do realize it may not exactly match the word given because, yes, that word could mean "commercials, TV spots, infomercials, etc"...

Is it possible that you're misunderstanding the meaning of the word? How do you know that it's a frame round an image? There's nothing in the context you've given to indicate that this is the case, unless it says this elsewhere in your document.
From my Googling, it seems to be a synonym or near synonym for a TV commercial. For example, if you go here and click on "descargar cápsula de televisión", you get an infomercial about looking after your dog.
