Spanish term or phrase: Cómo y con quién enviar dinero
I'm translating a press release announcing a new online database where immigrants in the United States can check the fees they will be charged for sending remittances back to their countries in Central America. The database lists all the money transfer services and the fees they are currently charging. The idea is that giving remitters the opportunity to shop for fees will save them money and ultimately help to lower the fees across the market.

The title on the press release is

"Cómo y con quién enviar dinero a CentroAmérica"

The part that's bothering me is "con quién". It refers to the money transfer services, and I'm looking for a catchy way to say this. I hope some of you can be creative!
