Spanish term or phrase: Captación
Product relaunch campaign. BR English.

At the moment I have "attract new customers" but wondering if this is correct or whether there is another term I can use instead. For 'notoriedad' I have 'create awareness'

OBJETIVO: Notoriedad
OBJETIVO SECUNDARIO: Captación

Aquisition
Explanation:
It sounds terribly cold, but "customer/client acquisition" is the commonly used term.

I'll find some references now...

I've also seen "recruitment" - but I'd prefer to use that if they were trying to get members, rather than customers.

Sorry for my typo - obviously I meant "Acquisition".

Market penetration

Explanation:
I don't think the other answers are wrong, but offer an alternative as I get the feeling that this is what they mean and hope to achieve with the relaunching of their product; that and "brand awareness" (notoriety?).

Market penetration is one of the four growth strategies of the Product-Market Growth Matrix defined by Ansoff. Market penetration occurs when a company enters/penetrates a market with current products. The best way to achieve this is by gaining competitors' customers (part of their market share). Other ways include attracting non-users of your product or convincing current clients to use more of your product/service (by advertising etc.). Ansoff developed the Product-Market Growth Matrix to help firms recognise if there was any advantage of entering a market
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Market_penetration

Brand awareness is a marketing concept that measures consumers' knowledge of a brand's existence. At the aggregate (brand) level, it refers to the proportion of consumers who know of the brand.

Also makes sense considering the order of their goals, in that creating Brand Awareness would lead to Market Penetration
OBJETIVO: Notoriedad (Brand Awareness)
OBJETIVO SECUNDARIO: Captación (Market Penetration)

Attraction (= attracting customers)

Explanation:
As these are headings, brevity is my criterion...

Although in general I prefer "aim" to "objective" (brevity again)...

Headings should be short and punchy. If this is a PowerPoint presentation, the shorter the better IMO.
