Es curioso que en español se haya acuñado el término "hacer zapping" y que sin embargo no tenga una equivalencia directa o fácil al inglés. Tampoco he encontrado el término "zapping" en los glosarios de proz.

El término se encuentra en el siguiente contexto (tipo eslógan):

"Número de cadenas entre las que hacer zapping"

Por mi parte, de momento interpreto:

"Number of channels /used/available for zapping"

"Number of channels used/available for zapping between/around/across them"

Asker: Estimado Remy: aparte de elegir tu respuesta, porque creo que de hecho el término se está acuñando, me gustaría que me dieras tu opinión sobre si podría llegar a usarse-acuñarse la expresión "to do zapping". creo que sería muy conveniente, pero ¿es os será correcto?. A lo largo de mi contexto, de más de 30 páginas, parece como si "se pidiera" está expresión.
