Explanation:
"Will you be able to take it" quedaba un poco largo, me parece a mí.

Aunque "handle" también me parece bien.

El sexo siempre funciona bien en la publicidad, y esta frase a veces se usa cuando, por ejemplo, se ha conseguido un orgasmo y no se puede seguir. Se usa también en general para hablar de placer. No poder "take it" tiene en este caso buen carga.
