Rainy Day Special Explanation: Sorry to be submitting Answer after the Question has been closed... I just have the American phrase "Rainy Day Special" in my head, because it's used a lot in the context of Sales & Marketing. The phrase "rainy day" in English is popular and positive sounding (maybe because it sort of rhymes) - whereas "rainstorm" can sound a bid negative or ominous (maybe that's why it sent shivers down your spine?).
