En este contexto:

Si bien es cierto que algunas acciones de Marketing tienen efectos inmediatos en las ventas de un producto (promociones, por ejemplo), no lo es menos que otras puedan tener una agregación de efectos en el tiempo que no se notan de forma tan inmediata (publicidad de marca, por ejemplo).

Se me ocurre, de momento:

"While it is true that certain Marketing actions can have immediate effects over the sales of a product (promotions, for instance), it is equally true that other actions may have an effect build-up not immediately apparent in the short term (brand advertising, for instance).
