Wedding section of a hotel leaflet: I know that in a legal context these can often be 'minutes' or even 'drafts'... Here's the phrase, which appears in a list of things that the hotel will organize or prepare for a wedding:

Extracto o borrador que se hace de un contrato u otra cosa, anotando las cláusulas o partes esenciales, para copiarlo después y extenderlo con todas las formalidades necesarias para su perfección. 2. Borrador de un oficio, exposición, orden, etc., para copiarlo en limpio. 3. Borrador original que en una oficina queda de cada orden o comunicación expedida por ella. 4. Apunte que por escrito se hace de algo para tenerlo presente. 5. Cuenta que de sus honorarios o derechos presentan los abogados y curiales. 6. Lista o catálogo de personas o cosas.

By the way, in Buenos Aires, fast preparation orders in a restaurant are also called "minutas" (not the same category as "fast foods" in USA, which are ready made, but things such as eggs, fries, milanesa, etc., which do not require a long and elaborate cooking process), or at least, that's what I think it is. I never found it in any dictionary.

There is more to this query than meets the eye :-)
