El termino aparece en el siguiente contexto:

"Cada día parece más evidente que, ante ejes competitivos establecidos hace años, con menos poder de diferenciación cada vez, la capacidad analítica de las empresas aparece como una nueva área, determinante, con poder para aportar diferenciación y valor a las compañías. "

El término lo había traducido como:

"It’s becoming more apparent with each passing day that, in the face of competitive edges established years ago..."

Pero me gustaría que me ayudaráis a encontrar alguna alternativa distinta o mejor. Gracias.
