neutral  Marcelo González: Far from forming a collocation (which would be ideal in the context of marking/advertising), these words sound unnatural together. It sounds non-native. It has nothing to do with grammar. >"contribute decisions" sounds strange
30 mins
-> According to the Oxford Spanish Dictionary "contribute" can be used as a transitive verb (e.g.: He contributed two essays to the volume). Why should it sound strange?

neutral  Carol Gullidge: agree with Marcelo: contribute and decisions simply don't collocate in EN. decisions and essays aren't the same thing, and there's no hard and fast rule when it's simply a matter of collocation :(

-> You are right Marcelo, I was overly literal with the word aportar, but you fit it in quite nicely.

"Require" is also fine; however, I don`t know if, from the context, the use of "managers" might not be just a little too free of a translation.
