Maria suggestion uses the word memory, which is very nice... another option would be "take away/ home the memories, as if carved in stone, of the richness..." Another thought, that's all.

Explanation:
This option may not be as colorful as the original Spanish, but is more natural sounding in English than "carrying" or "taking" an "image" or "memory", and "impression" fits the strength of an effect on sensibilities better than the "engrave" or "carve" of a figurative comparison. Also "forever" strengthens "impression". I would put "forever in your memory" at the very end of the passage. This is a good example of when literal translation is not the best route.

I'm afraid this is quite the opposite of "creative" - I'd actually say it's rather uniamginative. Nevertheless, what impression do you want people to take away:

La riqueza de su cultura,
Los colores de su naturaleza,
Lo exquisito de su gastronomía,
Y la hospitalidad de su gente.

...and not a wordy, flowery lead-in. It may work in Spanish, but I honestly don't think it does the English a favour.
