1. Tomatina:

GUIÑO: Un tomate viene del fondo de la ventana de Messenger y se explota en la pantalla, manchando todo.

A finales de agosto se celebra “La tomatina” en Bunyol, un pueblo de la Comunidad Valenciana. La fiesta consiste en tirarse tomates desde las 11 de la mañana y durante dos horas con algunas reglas básicas como aplastar los tomates antes de tirarlo. Tiene una gran tradición en España y viene gente de todos los sitios del mundo. El Ayuntamiento se encarga de la organización y del fomento de la fiesta, repartiendo varias toneladas de tomates con varios camiones por la plaza del pueblo y por las calles aledañas.

2. Toro embolao (fuego en los cuernos):

GUIÑO: De un lado a otro de la pantalla pasa un toro a cuyos cuernos han prendido fuego

Es típico en las fiestas de pueblos españoles soltar un “toro embolao”. Se trata de un toro o novillo al que previamente se han sujetado a los cuernos unas abrazaderas rematadas, a prudente distancia, por sendas bolas de brea y estopa, a las que se prende fuego. Se suelta en un recorrido vallado o en una plaza.

neutral  John Hughson (J.D., M.B.A. Finance): but I think that "guiños" in Spanish refer to the "emoticons", so to say "winks" in English might not work. I'd say "emoticons".
