Medical - Medical (general)
Serbian term or phrase: Bi:
I have a medical statement which either outlines proposed costs of care, or is a bill. So, following a person's name and birth date, there is a date of examination (Datum pregleda) followed by the following:
Bi: 156902, 156904, 156903

Anyone has a suggestion as to what Bi: stands for here?

Thank you.

Receipt No:
Explanation:
(fiscal) receipt number

Pravilnik o fiskalnim dokumentima https://www.paragraf.rs/propisi/pravilnik_o_konturi_i_bitmap...
BI Redni broj fiskalnog isečka

So, that would suggest that it's a list of already paid bills

  -> Hvala Elio! :)

neutral  Daryo: if you take a closer look, you'll see that these numbers restart at "1" every day - I can hardly imagine a hospital issuing 156902 receipts / invoices par day!

  -> Daryo, how do you imagine that restart is really a mistery. Clearly, the receipts were issued one after the other and those might even be just random numbers. Moreover, starting from 1 every day is not even legally imaginable. :))
