neutral  Vesna Maširević: If you check synonyms for "nakaradan" https://sr.wiktionary.org/sr/nakaradan you will agree that "perverse" is a bit too strong.

  -> it's not/ it's used and in that meaning/ and etymologically it makes sense - there is a parallel between "perversity=deviation from normality" and "this interpretation of the law is contrary to/ is a deviation from the purpose of the law"
