RAZLIKA izmedju "DELIVERY NOTE" i "BILL OF LADEN" je u tome sto se prva odnosi na popis robe za ISPORUKU a druga na popis robe za TRANSPORT

Ovaj dokument se izdaje u momentu kada roba napušta magacin ili stovarište. Potpisuje je magacioner/vozač/kupac i time potvrđuje da je roba spremna za prevoz. Osnovni elementi koje otpremnica sadrži su: podaci o kupcu, registarski broj vozila u koje je roba utovarena, ime vozača i podaci o robi.

TRANSPORTNA DOKUMENTA
Transportna dokumenta regulišu otpremu i transport robe i predstavljaju dokaz za izvoznika o izvršenoj prodaji robe. Druga važna uloga ovih dokumenata odnosi se na prenos rizika u onim poslovima kod kojih je ugovorom ili odgovarajućom Incoterms klauzulom to predviđeno. Prilikom carinjenja robe transportna dokumenta se moraju staviti na uvid carinskim organima.
