U šalter sali sa više službenika koji mogu da prime predmet od stranke, gde su procedure i rokovi za dobijanje dokumenata objavljeni na vidnom mestu, mnogo je manja mogućnost za korupciju, nego u slučaju kada službenik, jedini koji je zadužen za „vaš slučaj”, prima stranke u kancelariji i sam procenjuje šta je sve od papira potrebno da bi se u roku, koji je samo njemu poznat, dobio traženi dokument. To je najjednostavnija ilustracija transparentnosti u praksi.

Asker: U ovom slučaju je upotrebljen izraz "predmet" koji podrazumeva i npr. dokumentaciju potrebnu da se dobije npr. neki izvod iz matičnih knjiga i sl. "Case" je više kao sudski predmet... Upotrebio sam "case" u nastavku rečenice (službenik zadužen za vaš "slučaj")...
