subledger cards Explanation: Ako me pamćenje iz oblasti knjigovodstva dobro služi, postoje konta analitike i sintetike.

subledger accounts Explanation: In Accounting, there are two types of Ledgers, the General Ledger (Book of final entry) and Subsidiary (Sub) Ledgers. The Accounts for the General Ledger come from the Chart of Accounts. The Accounts for the Subledgers depend on the specific purpose of the Subledger. The two most common Subledgers are: • The Accounts Payable Subledger: which maintains a list of Vendors (or creditors) and their individual Account Balances. Each individual Vendor represents a Subledger (Accounts Payable - Vendor) Account. • The Accounts Receivable Subledger: which maintains a list of Customers and their individual Account Balances. Each individual Customer represents a Subledger (Accounts Receivable - Customer) Account. Each Subledger relates directly to a General Ledger Account that requires more detail than the General Ledger can offer. These GL Accounts are often referred to as control accounts. The Balance of a Control Account should always be equal to the total of its related Subledger Account Balances. http://www.accountingunplugged.com/2008/09/19/accounting-jou... A subsidiary ledger (or Subledger) is a collection of kindred accounts deriving their existence from a single GL (Control) Account. Subsidiary Ledgers are not a requirement; rather, they help keep the General Ledger lean and efficient. Subledgers provide analytical capabilities which are normally not practical within the constraints of a General Ledger-only setting. Examples are: • Accounts Receivable where the Subledger accounts identify customers and detailed specifics such as address, contact person, credit terms, credit history, etc.; • Inventory of Merchandise where the Subledger accounts identify products and detailed specifics such as full description, quantity on hand, quantity on order, cost information, supplier information, etc.; • Prepaid Expenses where the Subledger accounts identify expense classifications e.g. Prepaid Insurance, Prepaid Business Taxes, etc.; • Fixed Assets where the Subledger accounts identify specific items of assets with a simple or complex configuration of data fields for any purpose imaginable; • Accounts Payable where the Subledger accounts identify suppliers and detailed specifics such as address, contact person, credit terms, credit history, etc.; • Employee Benefits (or similarly any expense account grouping) where the Subledger accounts identify the employer's contributions to employment insurance, pension plans, etc. http://www.stepforward.net/OnLineHelp/A1ST.html Use the subledger functionality to create and maintain detailed information about specific sub-accounts within your general ledger accounts. You can break down a general ledger account into smaller subsections so that you are able to post, report, and inquire at a greater level of detail. https://www.eclipseinc.com/support/help/chui_809/mergedProje... |

-------------------------------------------------- Note added at 15 hrs (2009-01-16 09:37:47 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- ...ili analytical record cards, kako je na guglu -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 16 hrs (2009-01-16 10:37:21 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Explanation: analitičke kartice knjigovodstvene evidencije promena na računu (kupaca, dobavljača, osnovnih sredstava...)
