propongo 2 altre varianti: 1-il prof. xx, membro dell'Accademia Russa delle scienze mediche.
2-il prof.xx, accademico del RAMN, l'Accademia russa delle scienze mediche.
L'importante è che "accademico" non stia vicino alla parola "Accademia", perché non suonerebbe molto bene.
