Asker: Multumesc, Mahal. Raspunsurile date probabil sunt valabile în Elveţia: în RFG, Spital nu se foloseşte de loc, iar Assistenzarzt este/ a fost ter,menul folosit pt. medicul din spital, imediat după terminarea facultăţii- deci medic stagiar.

Termenul externat din română precis vine din englezescul externship, care exact asta e, un fel de practică:
