  -> Das gilt auf jeden Fall für Realia, also Institutionen, auch Zeugnisse, die landesspezifisch sind. Diese Liste gilt aber EU-weit. Wie obes schon gesagt (geschrieben), halte ich beide Vorschläge für richtig.

Deşi i-am dat "neutral" d-nei Schock, sunt DE ACORD cu varianta doamnei, în măsura în care este vorba de efectul de viitor (adică de la 1 ian. 2008, când codul român va corespunde celui european - vezi ultimul link postat de doamna Schock). Dacă vorbim de obiectul de activitate al unei societăţi comerciale, aşa cum şi l-a înregistrat deja, propun să rămânem la denumirea de mai sus cu explicaţiile necesare în nota de subsol.

  -> Ich halte deine Position nicht für vertretbar! Du kannst - juristisch! - keine deutsche Entsprechung anders als in der Fußnote einer rumänischen Organisation/Liste/etc geben, selbst dann nicht, wenn die Nrn. identisch sind.
