Monatsentgelt und Sonderzahlungen auszahlen Explanation: In cazul incetarii unui contract, intra doua posibilitati in discutie: 1. incetarea contractului are loc la sfarsit/inceput de luna = in acest caz, se plateste salariul lunar cuvenit (Monatsentgelt) + Sonderzahlungen (Weihnachtsremuneration, Urlaubsgeld etc., care se calculeaza aliquot, adica calculul zilelor de concediu la care angajatul are drept pentru anul in curs/al 13-lea salariu, precum si partea din Weihnachtsremuneration/al 14-lea salariu, pana la data incetarii contractului. Simplu spus, se calculeaza la Sonderzahlungen cuantumul la care are drept angajatul din al 13-lea si al 14-lea salariu. Daca e la inceput de an e mai putin, daca e spre sfarsit, e mai mult. 2. Daca contractul se sfarseste undeva in timpul lunii, plata salariului se va face tot dupa calculatia aliquot. Cate zile-atatia bani. Sonderzahlungen neschimbat, aliquot. Apropos`aceasta e procedura in Austria, in Germania nu stiu... |
