Solo se me ocurre traducir Carta como cédula real, pero no lo puedo validar.

Asker: Gracias, Cláudia. Sí, ha de ser eso o por ahí van los tiros. ¿No sería más correcto hablar de un "Decreto Foral" o de un fuero en lugar de foral (esto es, como equivalente en español del término portugués Carta). ¡Gracias!
