Hello,

I have translated this as "Un Proceso de la Construcción Participativa", but I still feel that something is missing. The context has to do with the implementation of a plan called "PLANO DIRETOR DO RECIFE" (Plan Administrativo de Recife) in order to promote the participation of the general population in government decisions, legislation, etc, for the common good, in the city of Recife, Brazil.
