Ho un problema con l'interpretazione di "desde que" nel seguente contesto contrattuale:

1. Os sócios resolvem alterar o objeto social da sociedade, mediante a exclusão de participações, diretas ou indiretas, em sociedades de qualquer natureza, bem como de consórcios com outras sociedades, desde que possuam objeto social semelhante, análogo ou conexo ao objeto da sociedade, previstas no parágrafo único da Cláusula 2ª do Contrato Social.

In questo caso il "desde que" potrebbe voler dire qualcosa come "a meno che", invece che il solito "a patto che"? altrimenti non riesco proprio a capire il senso della frase...

Asker: Grazie Michela... utilizzerò "purchè"!... mi rimane il dubbio sul significato proprio della frase (si escludono partecipazioni in società [...] purchè le stesse abbiano oggetto sociale simile. Quindi rimane possibile l'acquisizione di partecipazioni in società con oggetto sociale non simile?!) ... però forse mi sto arrovellando troppo, e indubbiamente dal punto di vista linguistico hai ragione... grazie mille :-)
