Termin "przywęglowy" oznacza chyba, że łupek ten jest pozyskiwany przy okazji wydobycia węgla (w domyśle kamiennego). Nie wiem, czy można to utożsamiać z łupkiem węglowym, raczej nie. Przepalanie oznacza chyba wypalanie tego łupka na hałdzie, celem uzyskania określonych właściwości użytkowych.
