perky, sharp, well defined, lively Explanation: ハリがある means that something is "perky" or "crisp"... When describing a fabric, it would probably be rendered as like..."[fabric] has crisp lines" or "[fabric] has a clean, lively shape." You'll have to play around with it. BTW, I've seen the phrase used to describe the look of spikey, perky hair of hair products like gel. 人生にハリが出来てた。 means something like, "I've got a new sense of livelyness and focus in my life."
