I would translate「民営化された戦争請負社会」> "privatized war profiteering society", since 請負 also means "contracting business".
「戦争請負」is a relatively new term in Japan, becoming familiar since the capture of Japanese mercenary in Iraq, so I think relatively new term of "war-profiteering" is a good match.
